Dear Friends, first I will show you my gratitude to be a part of this slamm history that begins in Fornells, in winter of 1981.
Since then, my parents have been working in the restoration environment, from Es Port in Fornells (Menorca), a restaurant spezialiced in local foods. The sea is a part of our essence and spirit, our roots go back to 1876, when we started the art of fishing to this days and our offer are based on making daily catch product: lobster and fish from our area, in a traditional way.
At the end of the University, I joined Es Port due heritage received, I learned the importance of offering best service to our customers, transmitting guarantee and certainty about local origins of our selected products, to feel like at home and take the best memory of Menorca flavor and fragancy.
My passion to offer high quality product, wich express nature benefits, without falling into error of making poor raw material products it means high performance and industrial processes, allowed us to obtain Jijona and Alicante Regulatory Board to make nougat with the best Pestañeta almond and the best roast possible at wood owen.
With this joy, we will invite you to know and be a part our small history, wich aims to guarantee final customer transparency over collective brands and Origin Denomination. Our selected products and nougats are made with the best raw materials manually.
Thanks to my family
